The A.G.M. of the RTAI Cork Branch was held on Friday, November 15th in the Oriel House Hotel. The meeting was preceded by a Remembrance Service for deceased members of our branch. The choir under the direction of Mary O’Brien sang a wonderful selection of hymns and the service included reflections, readings, candle lighting and prayers in memory of those no longer with us.

The A.G.M. followed this ceremony and a new committee was elected. Thanks to Seán Radley for the photo of the 2024-2025 committee. The hard work and dedication of all committee members is greatly appreciated by all the members of our branch. Welcome to the new members who have joined the committee this year. Best wishes for the year ahead.

The business part of the day was followed by a wonderful meal in a very festive Oriel House hotel. Members admired the brightly decorated dining area and the food was top class. Thanks to the staff and all the members who attended and helped to get the Christmas festivities off to a great start. There was plenty of chat , laughter and catching up with friends throughout the meal and there was no rush to leave the very pleasant surroundings.
