Tramore Valley Park amble- July 15th, 2024

Around twenty positive Amblers braved the elements at Tramore Valley Park on St. Swithin’s Day 15th July 2024. Mags’, Clare’s and Master Photographer Martin’s warm, positive attitudes roused our spirits. Those who had never been before were highly impressed by the remarkable features of this wonderful, municipal amenity.

The Amblers were captivated by the view and swift traffic below as they crossed over the N40 at Mt. Vernon Footbridge. A fáilte, fial, fláithiúil awaited us halfway, with delicious coffee, tea and scones, at the South County Bar. Having crossed three junctions on our return path the weather changed in our favour. Nor, were we perturbed by St. Swithin’s weather lore as a Positive Attitude had been our Umbrella!

Míle buíóchas ó chroí libh Mags, Clare agus Martin.
